Mechanical Engineer graduated from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), with specialization in Business Management for Executives from Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo (FGV-SP) and Executive MBA and Entrepreneurship from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). He was an examiner for the National Quality Award and a Senior Examiner for the São Paulo Management Quality Award. He has worked as a Consultant in Organizational Change Projects, Management Models and Strategic Management since 1999, having worked in organizations from various sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Food, Cosmetics, Mining, Agribusiness, Chemical and Petrochemical. In the hospital sector, he worked in public and private institutions in the structuring and implementation of the Hospital Administration Management Model and in several strategic projects related to Improvement of Process Performance, Safety and Patient Experience, including ONA Certifications. He has been working in the development and implementation of New Digital Businesses since 2015, having developed projects in the retail and agribusiness sectors, with an emphasis on innovation and more agile development and evolution of the business. He works at MAPESolutions in the development and innovation of Products and Businesses oriented towards Value-Based Health.
