Economist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUCSP), with a specialization in Economics and Health Management from the Faculty of Public Health of the University of São Paulo (FSP-USP) and a Master's in Health Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo ( FGV -SP) with work applied in the field of Value-Based Health, specifically in the application of the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) costing method in health. He worked in the financial market for seven years in the area of ​​institutional relations belonging to HSBC Global Banking and Itaú Private Banking. He is currently a senior consultant at MAPESolutions healthcare systems management consultancy, responsible for structuring several projects aimed at incorporating new technologies in the Life Science market (Pharma / Devices / Laboratory Diagnostics) in public and private spheres. While working in the health market, he structured several value-based health projects with health service providers and payers with the scope of collection and analysis of clinical outcomes (with patient experience) and economic in the oncology and primary health care. Also responsible for advising clients in the healthcare sector to strengthen institutional relationships between agents in the chain and Value Based Purchasing, with a focus on growth strategy and service performance improvement, as well as negotiation and management of patient-centered care.
