    The Medical Devices Company had a robust set of clinical data for a given product and negative preliminary assessment. Due to the current marketplace scenarios and the many products in the Therapeutic Area Positioned at CONITEC, the company decided to present a CONITEC.

Proposed Solution:
MAPESolutions developed a robust HTA analysis and strong Stakeholder engagement plan. The product value messages had a storytelling approach, contextualizing and positioning it in the current marketplace scenario, supporting all messages of value in the Evidence-Based Approach in accordance with current Ministry of Health standards and developed a user-friendly manual to facilitate the reading of the material, this way the dossier became technically adequate. MAPESolutions also extracted evidence from Real-Life for population models adapted to the public market. And finally it took advantage of the modeling ability to introduce probabilistic analysis by minimizing uncertainty, often argued by the Ministry of Health. At the same time, the team worked with key leaders in the field to involve them in the content of our HTA research.
